Our Story: Over Four Decades of Excellence
The foundation of Super Pressure Washer was built on a simple promise. It aimed to offer the most reliable pressure washing service in the region. Our journey began over 46 years ago. Our founder, Donald Schwartz, entered the industry with a single goal. He wanted to set a new standard for exterior cleaning. On August 25, 1987, that vision became a reality with the official founding of our company.
Why Experience Matters
In an industry where equipment and techniques are constantly changing, our longevity demonstrates our adaptability. It also shows our commitment to quality. We have spent nearly half a century refining our approaches. We guarantee that every Southern California pressure washer on our team has the knowledge to handle complex commercial projects. They can also tackle residential projects.
Growing with Southern California
Since our beginning in 1987, we have grown alongside the communities we serve. We have expanded from the busy streets of Los Angeles to the growing commercial hubs of the Inland Empire and Orange County. We have become the go-to partner for businesses needing consistent, high-grade maintenance. We treat every job with the same level of integrity and attention to detail. Donald Schwartz instilled these values in this company from day one. Many of our customers have been with us on a regular basis for more than twenty-five years! References are available.

FAQ
How often should pressure washing be performed on commercial property exterior surfaces?
Commercial property sidewalks and other surfaces should be pressure washed every 1-3 months. Most strip malls, shopping centers, and other retail properties should be cleaned monthly; some businesses, like department stores, grocery stores, restaurants, food & beverage establishments, and trash dumpster enclosures, may need more frequent service.
How often should power washing be performed on commercial dumpster enclosures?
Dumpster enclosures should be power washed with high-pressure hot water every 1-6 months. A restaurant or other food-related business may require more frequent power washing.
What is the difference between pressure washing and power washing?
Pressure washing utilizes high-pressure cold water to remove dust, dirt, mold, and grime from surfaces, while power washing includes the use of hot water for more intense deep cleaning, particularly on grease, oil, chewing gum, black algae, tough stains, and sanitizing.
What surfaces can be effectively cleaned using pressure washing?
Pressure washing is an effective cleaning method for a wide range of exterior surfaces, including concrete, brick, tile, and pavers. It is particularly useful for maintaining sidewalks, drive-throughs, dumpster pads, and trash enclosures, as well as enhancing the appearance of driveways, patios, and decks. Additionally, pressure washing can rejuvenate fences, siding, awnings, and roofs, ensuring they remain in optimal condition. However, it is crucial that pressure washing be conducted by a properly trained and experienced professional to prevent potential damage to these surfaces.
