High pressure hot water is a powerful and natural cleaning agent for removing oil, grease, mold, mildew, chewing gum, dirt and sticky spills. A small amount of biodegradable detergent is all that is needed for almost perfect results.
Shopping centers and other commercial retail properties are prime hangouts for this kind of unsightly grime. A regular ritual of power washing will enhance the beauty, show pride of ownership and create a fresh, clean environment for tenants and customers.
The key to success in property maintenance and cleaning is regularity. Pressure washing is the best way to clean sidewalks, walls, trash enclosures and receiving areas.
A highly experienced pressure washer operator knows how to rid the area of this sort of problem without streaking and marking the concrete.
When it rains some people might think the rain will somehow clean the sidewalks automatically. While rain does freshen things up, sidewalks tend to get dirtier because dirt washes down off the roof and loosened oil in the parking-lot gets tracked onto the sidewalk and then there’s gum and other sticky stuff that stays stuck to the surface.
Right after the rain is the best time to pressure wash exterior areas, working with the freshness that rain brings and enhancing the appearance by washing away algae, dirt and debris left behind by the storm.

Pressure Washing and detailing your place of business, helping you make a good impression on customers and tenants. The job gets done at night without bothering anyone.

From end to end and every nook and cranny, it’s important to remove all chewing gum, sticky drink spills, food grade and automotive stains; washing away dirt, grime and other debris from trash receptacles, pilings, walls, especially in front of benches, doorways and parking spaces. Adjacent parking spaces must be washed out to stop the tracking of oil, gum and other debris back onto the sidewalks.
Create a safe, fresh and clean environment for tenants and customers!
Detergent is a very important part of pressure washing, especially with hot water. For every 50 degrees of water temperature, your detergent doubles in strength. Hot water washers generally run about 180 to 200 degrees, (you do the math).
Cold water washers are okay, even with detergent they can’t stand-up to hot water washers. Without hot water you can’t get the chewing gum off especially if it is old. We also use hot water to kill germs and odors in and around trash areas.
Creates a lot of mildew and other dirt and debris. Algae and mildew grow in shady damp areas and are very noticeable on brick and masonry planters as well as concrete sidewalks which get very slippery when wet!
Is the most effective way to kill algae down to the roots!
Attracts a lot of ice cream, sodas and the like, especially around trash receptacles. Hot drippy vehicles make a mess of parking spaces, and foot traffic carries it right onto the sidewalks!
