Commercial properties is where we are on many nights across Southern California.  Cleaning and detailing your place of business, helping you make a good impression on customers and tenants.  The job gets done without bothering anyone.

When we pressure wash  sidewalks it’s a complete process of cleaning benches, newspaper stands, planters, behind and under vending machines, walls, pilings, posts, trash receptacles, adjacent parking spaces and more.  We try to hit everything at eye level for a more complete, fresh look.

From end to end and every nook and cranny, it’s important to remove all chewing gum, sticky drink spills, food grade and automotive stains;  washing away dirt, grime and other debris from trash receptacles, pilings, walls, especially

in front of benches, doorways and adjacent parking spaces.  Adjacent parking spaces must be washed out to stop the tracking of oil, gum and other debris back onto the sidewalks.  Creating a safe, fresh, and clean environment for tenants and customers.

Keeping with technology and the concept of  inbound marketing, some new changes like doing away with  brochure like web pages and implementing a blog format using WordPress seemed like the thing to do.  There is a bit of a learning curve but I’m catching on.   Still much more to come!

Detergent is a very important part of pressure washing, especially with hot water. For every 50 degrees of water temperature, your detergent doubles in strength. Hot water washers generally run about 180 to 200 degrees, (you do the math). Cold water washers are okay, even with detergent they can’t stand-up to hot water washers. With out hot water you can’t get the chewing gum off especially if it is old. Also use hot water to help kill germs and odors in and around trash areas.

Time to cleanup algae, mildew and other dirt and debris left over from winter. Algae and mildew grow in shady damp areas and are very noticeable on brick and masonry planters as well as concrete walkways which get very slippery when wet. Pressure washing with hot water is the most effective way to kill algae down to the roots.
